*DELIVERY POLICY:

We deliver by end of day on the date that is provided to us on the order form. Otherwise, you will receive a direct email or call if there are any issues or questions regarding your order. We are not open and do not deliver between Sunday - Tuesday. We only deliver between Wednesday-Saturday. Please be sure to select DELIVERY at checkout. The fee will be calculated by the location of the recipient's address.

THE DELIVERY FEE COVERS A ONE-TIME DELIVERY ATTEMPT. If your Recipient is not home we leave the flowers in the safest spot possible and remit an email to the Sender informing them that their Recipient wasn’t home to receive the flowers directly. We do not provide reimbursements if the Recipient is not home and something happens to the flowers. Please be sure to confirm that your Recipient will be home on the date that you have selected delivery for.

If the wrong address is provided, we will do our best to try & contact the Sender to obtain the correct address —otherwise the order is returned to our studio. The Recipient can either pick the order up from our studio in South Portland OR the Sender will need to pay for a second delivery attempt in full.

WE ONLY ATTEMPT ONE DELIVERY. ANY ADDITIONAL ATTEMPTS WILL BE CHARGED BACK AT FULL PRICE TO THE SENDER. PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

**If you are sending flowers to an, office, medical or educational facility please provide as much detailed information as possible regarding where our delivery assistant should bring the flowers. Provide business hours as well if we need to get there before the facility closes or your Recipient leaves the office.
